 ICOA is a non-profit organisation dedicated to promote the Imperial Courier as a personal spacecraft thoughout known space and to support the owners of Imperial Couriers through a network of local representatives in every starport/trading post/station of importance. ICOA is not aligned with anybody and will never be. ICOA does not aspire to absolute authority in the field it activates and will glady work together with any other similar organisations which share its field of activity.
