 Membership requirements:

 To be eligible for ICOA membership you must:
  0) Have a class 3 pilot certificate.
  1) Own an Imperial Courier.
  2) Have a clean record with the Federal Police, Imperial Security and Interpol.
  3) Have an "Above Average" rating with the EFP, as a minimum.
  4) Have at least three years' experience operating the Courier.

 You will be required to pay a c500 monthly fee and actively participate in ICOA activities. You will have to comply to the rules set out in the ICOA statute, rules that will be brought to your attention no later that 24 hours after sign-up. Your ICOA membership will end if:
 - your actions violate the ICOA statute.
 - you will not involve yourself in ICOA activities when required to do so, i.e. helping an ICOA member.
 - you will not pay your fee for more than three months, consecutively.
 - you no longer fulfill conditions 0-4 for ICOA membership.
 - you no longer wish to be a member of ICOA.

 As an ICOA member, you will benefit from all the services and facilities that ICOA makes avaiable to you, as per ICOA statute.
