 25/11/3301 - After much talk around a beer with some of my IC pals last night, we came up with ICOA. It only seems logical that the Courier should have a fan club, seeing the plethora of similar organisations worshipping much lesser craft (the Asp comes to mind here). So we did some brainstorming and came up with the ICOA statute and the four objectives you've read about (hopefully). In the wee hours of the morning we registered our creation with the Liaququ gov't and as of 0600 hours Liaququ time, we're up and rolling and looking for members. And to show that we stick by our rules, we'll throw a monster party to celebrate our coming into life.
 Also we (or rather I) have our first project: the Courier info service, EYWTKATICAAWATA, what you're reading now. It'll be on-line on the GIN sometime in the next two weeks, if all goes well. Our other project, on which some of our other members are hard at work is the creation of the first "Courier-friendly" zone right here at the Fort Cousens, Liaququ. And since we like this place so much, we're giving it the honor of being our headquarters. And we also have a guide (not yet complete) to it, courtesy of our Liaququan member, Paolo Orsini.
