 This planet orbiting closest to Gamma Pavonis is exactly what the description implies: a small barren sphere of rock. It has no valuable minerals whatsoever, it is extremely improper to life of any kind, and it is small. It's only value lies in the fact that being this close to the Eye, it is the best placed spot in the system to collect and refine military fuel, as it receives plentiful amounts of solar wind and radiative energy. In fact, this is the reason for the existence of the starport - Perrytown - and of about 5500 people, most working in fields related to military fuel production.
 If you want to go sightseeing, avoid this place. There are no awesome sights to please your eyes here; except maybe an Eye sunrise, which is really awesome but definately won't please your eyes. Night life is pretty much non-existent and the people you are likely to bump into here are either psychotic or boring.
 The name of this place comes from a fellow by the name of Rush who settled here a long time ago with family and friends hoping to make some money from what little valuable minerals they could find. He had the right to name the place for he was the first human to set foot on Liaququ 1, ever. Being an original man, he named it after him. However, since they found no valuable minerals and they had bills to pay which they couldn't, they were evicted by another fellow known as Perry, employee of Sirius Corporation, who settled here with a couple hundreds of other Sirius employees to collect and refine military fuel. The original name stuck, though, much to the irritation of the above-mentioned Perry, who, in revenge, ordered that the newly built starport and city be named after him.
